No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees

If you have private insurance or Medicare (i.e. not Medicaid) you will be charged $75 if you no show to any follow up appointment. If you no show for an initial assessment, your file with our clinic will be closed.  An initial assessment that is  cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a closed file, although emergency cases will be noted and weighed heavily.

In the case of Medicaid, including managed Medicaid plans, we follow the same policy but we do not charge this group of patients any fees.

If repeated appointments are cancelled late or are no shows, you will be moved to same day appointments or your file will be closed.
